Boshi as he appears in Super Mario RPG. Boshi is a loner and wears sunglasses and a spiked collar around his neck. In Japan, Boshi's name is Washi (i.e. "Bad Yoshi"), created by combining the word "Yoshi" with the Japanese word for bad, "Warui"pic.twitter.com/fyx7bXfqzz

Boshi's actually one of my favorite Mario Characters. I really love his design and personality and when I saw him in the drawing I kinda flipped out. I've personally never played Mario RPG, but I've seen gameplay of the race between Yoshi and Boshi.

Yeah it’s pretty clever! And ‘Waluigu’ works well too. In Japan ‘lu’ and ‘ru’ are the same, so Warui + Luigi fit nicely together as WaRuigi
