@JamesTurner_42 I know you might not see this, but I really want to do what you do. Pokemon is my life and seeing another Westerner get to make this is game changing. How can I make my dream a reality?
It’s mostly the same as any other game dev job, most of my work is 3D graphics related. So you could always go that route. Plus Japanese skill is needed. It’s doable!

I'm currently studying Japanese, actually as part of the process! Did they look at drawings you've done when you applied? I know ya'll arent allowed to really comment on fakemon but I wonder how that works if a fakemon artist applies. Any insight?
