      I came to Japan on holiday and sent out my portfolio to games companies while I was here...got an interview with Genius Sonority and they hired me. Long holiday.

          I winged it and learnt on the job. It was alright though, 3D artists have kind of a shared language no matter what the country...polys, IK, keyframes, etc.
