Seriously, I started writing a tweet with the characters that show up in the first issue alone, but a single tweet isn't long enough. But this is a mystery that stretches back to the dawn of magic on earth, and it's going to touch every shadow in a universe with a LOT of shadows.

And the fact that I get to work with the incredible @AMartinezBueno on this? Alvaro gave me some of my favorite moments in Detective Comics, and the real seeds for this run started back in our arc "Intelligence" with Zatanna.
