    Things I have learned about the general public whilst working at the library: 1. A huge number of people under 20 can't read face clocks, having grown up with only digital one. 2. Many people don't know how to spell "library." It's in our email address. This causes problems

    5. Admit that decentralized governance does not work _yet_, but that we might someday figure it out. Fall back on centralized governance for the time being. Introduce transparency, accountability, the best tools we have for clean governance. Try our best to avoid capture.
