An agreement leading to #Kosovo’s recognition by #Serbia would not be a problem for the 5 #EU non-recognisers. It would be a victory. There’s no question they would recognise Kosovo too. My comments @newperspektiva Albanian https://bit.ly/2pgmvnh Serbian https://bit.ly/2NljgcF

Indeed. Again, that is why I emphasise that any agreement must be sanctioned by the Security Council, thus pre-clearing Russian and Chinese acceptance before anything happens. It would be dangerous to do it and then have Russia block it.

@JamesKerLindsay, I am happy that u r slowly admitting that u r advocating something that is fraught with uncertainties and enables third actors to become embedded into a new round infinite talks. That will make EU even weaker that it is. - Još 10 drugih odgovora

@JamesRon it does not really matter how you phrase the next stage. Suffice it to say that it will re-open the status of Kosovo and create unprecedented uncertainties for the region and beyond. Again RU is a great power which is not moved by what SR and KS do. China as well. -

This https://twitter.com/JamesKerLindsay/status/1042313145774161921?s=19 … is the make-believe
@Petrit &@HashimThaciRKS are peddling. It implies 5EU + RU + CH haven't recognized KS to not offend Serbia & will rally around once SR says it's OK. Also hinges on Vucic & Dacic magically becoming Western statesmen thereafter.Hvala. Twitter će to iskoristiti za poboljšanje vaše vremenske crte. PoništiPoništi
