Makes more sense this was an object lesson for observers; I doubt she "taught" anything Jesus did not already know.

He's open minded.
-
Open minded to what? And what would it look to have an "open minded" God? That's contradictory.
-
It kind of looks like this. God is so open-minded, he lets us try anything, even killing him.
-
Giving us freedom does not mean God is open-minded. He is the Unchanging One.
-
If God is closed minded he can't know all things.
-
He can if He knew all things to begin with. What can you learn if you start out omniscient?
-
To say he is open minded is to say he has something to learn from his creation.

@JamesMartinSJ Wow, I was going to offer a challenge/response, but seems everyone else already did, with insults. God bless you Fr. Martin! -
Uh huh. But instead of thoughtful responses and faithful curiosity about the hypostatic union, one gets insults. Crazy.
-
I get them all the time from all directions. Part of the package. ..

Thanks. I just saw your homepage. You misspelled "necessity." You might consider that the next time you call a person "stupid."
-
I didn't major in English, just like you obviously didn't major in scripture

-
Or John the Baptist when he said He takes the sins of the WORLD? This is unChristian gobbledygook

The saints and tradition contradicts them but yet they still spread their heresy because they believe their views is Gods?
