    - and TRYING to make after 40 minutes in the oven! Dough/crust did not rise properly, cheese and pepperoni were totally flavorless, but our homemade sauce just kicked every pizza restaurant in Quito's butt! living - figuring out how to do better.

    - and TRYING to make -make your own sauce, and struggle to have the dough rise... then the cheese- store said it was mozzarella, but this stuff is gooey, very hard to grate! Ecuador has terrible cheese. Almost as bad as Chile!
