    Yes should not have published this as a personal opinion. patently false statements about all of the South China Sea islands should be called out not taken seriously. 2015 military strategy was NOT primarily for foreign consumption. Note the cyber references.

    The should identify Senior Colonel Zhou Bo's institutional affiliation (Director, MND Foreign Affairs Office, Center for International Security Cooperation) and not add the caveat "This essay reflects his opinions alone," since it obviously does not.

    That broadly, Moscow's reactions are structural...based on material and strategic considerations, and not ideological, or imperial. Moscow is a security maximiser in the regional balance.
