I usually rehearse with the actors for a couple weeks before we start shooting. I found a bunch of pics of us rehearsing scenes from . Here's the whole gang rehearsing the scene where Mantis feels Quill's feelings.

Was it really 6 years ago that the first Guardians Of The Galaxy film was released? Seems both longer and shorter than that. I made posters, went to the UK premiere, drank some drinks on the rooftop, saw & was star struck, but some guy was in the way... memories.

  4. As has been shown, many of those who acquire symptoms develop longterm heart & lung conditions. Covid can not be looked at solely in terms of the horrific numbers of Americans it has killed, but how it can potentially overwhelm our health care system for decades to come.

  5. As many have pointed out, this is a warning to those who want to defy science & logic & willy-nilly open schools. But this should also not go unnoticed: "It also showed that about 75%, or 3 quarters of the young persons who got it, developed symptoms.”

  11. Night Shift was a hugely influential film to me - my brothers & I would quote it constantly! I still can’t see the Flintstones without saying, “Barney Rubble, what an actor!” 🙏

  12. The 3rd reason is to rationalize why the current government isn't doing a bad job controlling the disease. And it's time to just let go of that argument. We're simply doing infinitely worse than other countries are right now.

  13. WHY would someone minimize a disease of this magnitude? One reason is fear of themselves or a loved one getting the disease, which I understand. Another is because the individual doesn't want to wear a mask, which is, like, GROW THE FUCK UP. Are you a child?

  14. Almost 3 times as many Americans have died from covid as American soldiers died in WWII. The time for minimization is over. Even a 3% or less death rate is AWFUL. Not to mention 1 has a 20% or so chance of permanent heart damage, a 10% or so chance of permanent lung damage, etc.

  15. For those of you asking, the original tweet read, "Good news! There's a 93-99% chance he will survive 👍 no worries!" Normally, I'd just delete my whole tweet here, but the continuous minimization of this disease & the heartlessness that often accompanies it is disconcerting.

  16. First of all, a 7% chance of dying is only good news if you have no knowledge of statistics. Secondly, there's also a very good chance he'll have lifelong health complications. Thirdly, that you seem to find my friend's sickness blithely entertaining is, to say the least, odd.

  17. One of my 1st friends in a while tested positive for Covid yesterday. He’s also been one of my only friends who wasn’t vigilant about wearing a mask. A couple weeks ago he butt-dialed me on FaceTime & he was picking up a coffee without a mask & chatting to the barista as he did.
