There is neither napalm nor agent orange in the Ride of the Valkyries scene. In RoTV scene they attack the village so they can go surfing. The napalm scene is the film's opening, and the music it's set to is the Doors' The End.

He was testing them to see who would agree with his bold lie. It would be interesting to see who was actually in the room. These who stuck to the facts are the ones who can still be trusted with the truth and our nation’s security.

The simplest and most reasonable choice would be to simply pension this old fellow off, give him a 21 gun salute, and thank him for his 'service.' How we rid ourselves of the rest of this kabal is a questions that worries me. Imagine if someone competent had their agenda?
