@TeamYouTube Hi! Let’s say someone makes a video about a topic that gets many people upset (like someone takes a certain political stance, for example), and a ton of people falsely flag the video (ex: they wrongly flag it for copyright), will youtube’s system take the video down?

Or let’s say a bunch of mad people falsely report it for “spam”. Do you guys have real people there to verify if the flags/reports are legitimate, or will youtube’s system just automatically take the video down, due to a high number of flags? Thanks a lot for reading!

When something is flagged or reported, it’s not automatically taken down. After someone flags a channel/video, it's sent to our YouTube Policy Enforcement Team. After review our team takes a decision. Hope this clarifies.
