I support you in your free speech case. But I checked the research and you can't say anything about aptitude on either criteria as the research is based on self-reporting. The only conclusion you can make is that there is a difference in how the sexes see their own abilities.

The association between foetal testosterone and E-S, as well as between E-S and the sexes seem well backed, but I'd like to see a larger study showing the predictive power of E-S in academic and career choices. Even better if the link is shown to be dose dependent!
