I view it as green-washing, pink-washing, rainbow-washing, lavender washing, and [fill-in-the-blank] washing. It’s a #management fad like earlier 6sigma, DoubleBottomLine, TripleBottomLine, etc. Perhaps @4chan /pol/ can spark the next #corporate fad?

Like any group serving bureaucratic functions their ulterior motive is simply self-perpetuation. They define problems and push supposed solutions that justify their existence. Likewise, rights groups will never say "Congratulations, our work here is done!"
