Did a seminar on NVC years ago. It all sounds great until you realise the model depends on having complete faith in the intellectual honesty of others, and as we all know, that's not something you can always count on. So a hard pass from me.

And I always thought that Buddha, Mahavira, and even Gandhi tried to show us a way towards non-violent communications (actions and thoughts implied in it). Did I miss something?
