    The judge is pushing ahead with the trial despite the defense call for a prompt mistrial, though the judge left open declaring one at any time, including after a verdict. For now, the sides are preparing video jurors have asked for.

    Prosecutor responds: "I don’t believe an unknown technical incident can result in a mistrial," referring to the lower quality video the defense got.

    But to the actual question the jurors wanted an answer to.... Jury wanted to know if they can view videos in private where they're deliberating or in the courtroom. Judge said in the courtroom.

    Judge Schroeder called the media coverage 'grossly irresponsibly' and 'quite frightening' and said he'll think twice about allowing live coverage of a trial in his courtroom again.

    While making his way through 36 pages worth of jury instructions, Judge Schroeder stopped and sent the jury out of the room and is now (I, guess) workshopping the jury instructions with the lawyers. Needless to say, I have never seen this before.

    There was a little back and forth with Hernandez who is a right-wing, live-streamer. Hernandez was present in Kenosha during the shooting. He backs up Rittenhouse's story that Joseph Rosenbaum was the aggressor and was acting erratically throughout the evening.

    Nothing especially groundbreaking today. We heard from three defense witnesses — John Black, Brittany Bray and Drew Hernandez Black is a use-of-force expert and video analysis expert and Bray is a Kenosha Police officer who was on the scene shortly after the shooting.

    Here's a bit of that back and forth during the between the judge and the prosecution. Judge was berating the prosector for alluding to a video (months before the protests) showing Rittenhouse wishing he had his gun so he could shoot ppl outside of a CVS.
