Well this is annoying. How am I supposed to know if my video isn't available for 4K resolution on all devices/locations?
Not to mention the pre-processed resolution stays at 360p ONLY. Some people are saying they can only watch the video at that quality.

You’re supposed to wait couple of hours before you publish 4K video, for it to transcode to VP9 codec on youtube. Once it transcodes it’s available in that resolution for everyone, except mobile devices that don’t support 4K resolution screen...

I waited 2 hours after initial processing, and it came up with the "4K" option on my desktop and laptop and assumed wrongly that it would be fine everywhere.

Well, that should be enough. Especially that you saw it in 4K, so did I (and I watched from notifications). In that case, I really have no clue what could’ve went wrong
