The version of Emscripten I installed from Homebrew (1.36.14) has the fix, evidently.

Without the stacktrace it's hard to debug. In theory there is no `Module.dynCall_ii` left in library.js

OP says the problem is resolved by upgrading Rust. Who knows what version they had before. People are bad at reporting bugs.
