How much of the work do you and amount to corporate welfare where private companies get free money and value at the expense of the taxpayer?

It’s critical to you [for some reason] that shippers using Washington waterways get 30¢ of value for every $1 spent by the American taxpayer. Why do you fight so hard for these corporate welfare queens? Shouldn’t they pay their own way like a regular, working family?
