Absolutely. They the elections rely on fear and keep people locked into their fears.
JLS as an organization for prisoners human rights is not against voting. We are against supporting or voting for people that clearly hurt prisoners class interest. If all candidates are not for your interest, don't dance with them at all. Like the presidential election :)
