To a person in prison under the @JoeBiden crime bills and the laws they crafted to limit restricting how to get back in court or challenging inhumane prison conditions, Joe is a mass murderer guilty of genocide. Hell no we don't forgive him! #2020novoting

Another point, he refused to apologize (even though that doesn't cure the effects) for the bills. He is proud of his record and history. Stop living in a delusion

Replying to @JailLawSpeak @JoeBiden
Perhaps a more important question might be: when comparing Trump and Biden, who is more likely to endorse prison and sentence reform IN THE FUTURE? Elections are about the future, and while we look to the past for hints, recent past might be more important than distant past.

I think Biden and Harris are more open to future reforms.

What's your evidence? Given that both Biden and Harris are deeply implicated with the development and perpetuation of mass incarceration, a real reform would be a "Nixon to China" phenomenon. And the same with Trump. 1/

Replying to @dontdoxyourself @walt828 and
I see no evidence that one would be more likely than the other to make such a move. And in fact, Trump (like Nixon) has shown a willingness in some circumstances to move left to own the Dems. Would he re prison/sentencing reform? Prob not, but no less likely than Biden tbh 2/
