At certain prisons, prisoners went from being allowed to roam from 5 am to 9pm. Today we are only allowed out for 2 or 4 hours. While the free world people say, "see they not locked down". Reality, it is lockdown!

A great number of states have went on permanent lockdown status at numerous of prisons. Prisoners are only allowed out for a few hours. No matter how the lockdown comes, these lockdowns ducks with the mind.
