People that support prisoners know the track history of a few presidential candidates with get tough laws, but still would support those candidates because it's in their best interests

The above reasons is why the prison class must organize its own political base. We haven't gotten there yet, but atleast the conversations have started. So if we don't get it there, we believe prisoners and civilians will build on whats started. It's the next obvious step
