I conceded what? We are prisoners. We don't buy that foolishness about gang communications on any level. You must have this account mixed up. Every prisoner should have communication access out the prisons
Wasn’t referring to you. I was invoking the rationale that corrections departments use to justify severely cracking down on prisoners will cell phones. I agree with you. Sorry for confusion.
