Outside organizations consistently ask government agencies to enforce policies that created the issues in the first place. The same government says the complained of entity is in compliance with policies. No one is challenging the policies. Only compliance. You see the issue?
This is why it's important that prisoners organize themselves into legitimate national organizations that can lead a charge for those inside and educate those inside about prison class interests.
