Thank you. A few are getting through. My guess is they are just letting it ring in most cases because they already know it's about the sanitation and hygiene of its prisoners

Lady says, 'They aren't being banned, it is a security concern" I said let them shower alone, like one at a time. She said they are working it out. What in the world could be a security concern with inmates showering?
