Tell them to take the water from the sink and put it in a cup and pour it over their entire body - also if they put a stone in the water and let it sit in there for as long as possible it will filter the water
Personal experience, it's so embarrassing to be around people in prison knowing you smell differcult to be around, due to a neglect of showers beyond your control. We can bird bath but after awhile that only goes so far. This is why skin diseases are at all time high in prisons
