It's still an improvement from yelling Inmate/Bitch/Cunt...I personally don't give a fuck how the pigs address me, but for alot of women(esp 1st time/short time) it's a trigger & they start crying &shit, so it's a good thing for them albeit half assed & meaningless to most of us
If they calling them Bs and Cs that will continue. Never was a part of official jail or prison titles. A complaint is due. This new phrase is just a title designation within their system data base.
