YES... people in prison have cellphones ( not all, some) and you know how they get them? Guards and other staff bring them in....dont be surprised.

There not guards they are criminals, that have broken a oath of trust, should be on the same side of the bars as the offenders. Not my brothers or sisters
In that case it right to say the entire prison system as an entity is criminals being that they [the entity] violate laws and defend against those that expose such. To include using tax money to defend beatings and killings by employees

Sounds like a response from a jail house lawyer. A couple bad apples don’t spoil the basket, they get Thrown out! Bad apples in every organization when exposed are dealt with. Nice try painting everyone with same brush. Typical response from law enforcement detractors.
