see this pic shared often. folks are discussing why these shouldn't be viewed as reparations bc there was little or no repairing done + not done fully. many didn't ask for $, was a false equivalency. reparations 4 Black folx are due but $/land is the dominant incomplete narrative

for sure, if you see my 2nd tweet ITT I say that. I'm speaking to this image which is being shared by people who = reparations to financial compensation primarily. I think it does harm bc Jewish, Japanese, Native folks don't believe these sld be viewed as reparations holistically
