Yes prisoners are dying, but we were already dying. Only now due to the breakdowns in prison operations nationally is it highlighted. Only within the last decade have prisoners went beyond hitting prisoners to hitting the guards back just as hard. It took awhile to get there
Prisoncrats have the upper hand on us b/c its always promoted prisoners vs prisoners violence. The 90s built prisons rapidly and flooded with guards. They beat and isolated us. The public was blind. We have not been able to stop the violence, but the guards are back on the menu
