LOCAL LIAISONS/SPOKESPERSONS: It is our aim to have an outside voice in every state that will access and speak directly with the local prisoners to encourage they organize themselves. This position will ensure we have a voice at outside events or forums if requestedpic.twitter.com/omPVqctkm0
In the past we have noted events or forums where we were asked to have a rep present but because we are 100% prisoners based in membership, this posed a problem or burden. So we hope this will work for all. Contact information on the initial outside liaisons will be posted
If you are interested in holding down such a post in your state, and your willing to organize events and participate in local forums as a local rep, hit us for an interview. We need people that will work directly for prisoners without sugar coating.
A further note, we have 3 prisoners that cofounded JLS that will need an attorney [pro bono] in case they are ever isolated due to JLS work. Our present attorney/dear friend for our leadership is retiring. Its always good to have one license atty. If interested hit us. Thank you
