Some individuals have serious self-esteem issues if they have time during their workday to tweet about how they request to be referred to. If you are called jackass then it's a problem but guard vs officer vs correctional officer How about overpaid babysitter.

If only they would do a little babysitting! As far as I can tell, and am told, they're only GUARDING the doors to make sure no one leaves! (Not to mention many of them make money on the side in dark ways.....)
