All prisoners are commodities whether state, federal or private.

Yea. Good call. Did you know that if the for profit prisons ha e empty beds, the state or county gets charged by the prisons for the empty space? What about the judge who was being paid to send teens to prison for minor infractions? The for profit system is ripe for exploitation
