South Carolina takes money out of Prison Industry's inmate pay for room and board. The state doesn't purchase disinfectant to clean the bathrooms. The inmates have to buy soap out the canteen. Over a hundred inmates share two showers. The other two are inop. Where is the money?
This is what we are up against. Simple requests for the upkeep of living conditions makes these people fly off the handle. Like we have no right to ask for basic issues to be resolved
