A think tank needs to start immediately for national networking to have county jail, prisons, half way houses, psychic wards, and treatment center persons registered to vote. And to ensure the detained persons are not being obstructed from voting. #Right2Vote

And when you look at the ways homelessness is criminalized it’s a revolving door that can be entered either way. Record b/c was homeless, homeless b/c have record.
