Slavery can no longer be used as a punishment for any crime in Colorado after voters opted to remove such language from the state Constitution. This is only symbolic. The enslavement law of the land is the 13th Amendment #AbolishThePISC
It's very symbolic in relation to prisons/prisoners. The 13th is the law of the land. Colorado is now the same as every other state without the slavery language in its constition. It's great the language is gone, but the practice is still legal #AbolishThePISC

What are you talking about? Don't you know most states don't have slavery language in their Constitution? Yet its alive due to the 13th. The Constitution over rules state laws. Do your homework. The ACLU is not a prisoner under the 13th, We are!
