Lol right. These prisoners are crazy. I have not received the Pell Grant once in the 3 years I have been in college. When I saw this I thought it was a joke.

Nope. Not on my dime. I can’t afford to send my kids to college and they’ve committed no crime other than growing up too fast. I’m certainly not going to pay for an incarcerated felon to be released from prison with a PH.D on my dime.
