Just when I thought I could not be any more angry and depressed by the state of our nation, I read your article. I feel sick to my stomach that this happened to you. Know that I just turned in my ballot, proudly supporting you, and believing that together we will move forward.

This was beautifully written and heart-wrenching to read. I can’t begin to imagine living it. I’m so, so sorry that you had to endure that and then mitigate your own emotions so you could carry out your role as a leader. They are nothing. You & your work are so appreciated.
