According to this logic, vehicle delay is the absolute worst issue. So if your main Street is sticky with people, business, and activity, fuck it - tear it down because CARS GO FAST is literally our #1 metric for effective transport.

Yeah, I think they tagged the wrong people - I take the train, walk, bus pretty frequently... and I certainly prefer commuting to Hartford via CTRail rather being stuck in traffic on 91
