Specially in this digital era where they have to handle all these services. That's why you don't see Microsoft, Marty or even Marty's own record label doing this claims. I believe they have some kind of agreement with Warner Chapell for the distribution of the Halo OST (3)

Because afaik they are the only ones that have claimed this kind of stuff (I have one claim of them actually). Sadly there isn't anything we can actually do. Once the system detects it, and even if it's manually reviewed, whoever reviews it probably doesn't know

Every single track in the database. So if it sounds like the halo theme (u know the dudududuuu) even if it's not the Halo Motif with Guitar it can still be claimed :p Manual Reviews are a joke and I'm pretty sure a lot of them ain't truly manual.

Also YouTube has been changing the system again because now it won't show the timestamp of the supposed track you are wrongly using in your video. Best thing to do is to directly email the content creator support and whish they don't give you an automated response.

Current claims DO show the timestamp of the track. I have other claims I'm dealing with and they have all shown timestamps. Warner is the only one that isn't and is claiming the entire damn video, legitimate claim or not.

There are videos using the trailer footage that use entirely free music that are getting claimed. This has nothing to do with a faulty auto-claim system, it's WarnerChappell abusing the copyright system plain and simple.

It's copyright free music. Not in Luc's video, but in another video using the Halo Infinite E3 footage.

Not all the Halo Soundtrackw are free to use. Just saw his videos and there's more than halo 3 tracks in them. Pretty sure the infinite trailer audio is getting claimed everywhere.

Again, I'm not talking about Luc's videos, I'm talking about a separate channel that used entirely royalty free music and still got claimed.
