Absolutely agree..The manager was in a difficult position. Suppose he put Kane on to win a pointless match and he got injured? If we have any hope of progressing in the tournament we need a fit Harry Kane.

It was a lackluster drab same old England performance... where was the passion from games 1 and 2 ? Oh yes I forgot, we'd already qualified so it didn't matter. Better up our game or Colombia
