@TeamYouTube I had a video taken down, I tried to appeal it, but the appeal was denied. How can I talk to someone at YouTube to fix this or be able to reupload without another strike?

When a channel or account is terminated, you'll receive an email with more details about the reason. Hence, once your appeal is rejected you cannot appeal for the same.
