IL-13 Might have issues because the schools might not have full enrollment of college students on campus. Also Davis is pretty moderate and somewhat well liked. Or not hated at least. IL-14 kinda hates trump and is a suburban district that is increasingly moving D. Underwood is

Potentially lower college enrollment I'm guessing. ISU and UIUC collectively make up about 10% of the district population.
