I would like someone to contact me since I’ve sent TWO feedback/help requests and neither have been answered. It’s an issue with my channel and paid membership to another channel. Too many problems and no support.

All feedback reports are reviewed, but YouTube doesn't necessarily respond to every single one. We use the info to identify and fix widespread issues, as well as track requests and make improvements. Tell us more about your issue so we can address accordingly!

I would like to address the issue via email. Is there an address I can direct a message to? I purchased a membership and chargers were made but membership was not available (perks) - my confirmation email was received and it was listed on my account. There are more issues.

I did both. I reached out. No one has helped or responded. My membership was charged then accidentally cancelled. It’s really too much to tweet. Seriously, there needs to be someone I can email or call. I’d like my refund and help setting up the channel properly.
