I would like someone to contact me since I’ve sent TWO feedback/help requests and neither have been answered. It’s an issue with my channel and paid membership to another channel. Too many problems and no support.

I would like to address the issue via email. Is there an address I can direct a message to? I purchased a membership and chargers were made but membership was not available (perks) - my confirmation email was received and it was listed on my account. There are more issues.
