Ummmm. SHE is the one proudly giving out the fact that she was a professor at Fresno St and freely taunted people to contact the school, even giving out Castro's contact information.

And said she was tenured and couldn’t be fired... basically mocking FresSt and the powers that be. Are associate professors tenured? That’s new.

She bragged about her tenure there and how she was “safe” from any repercussions.

As soon as she publicly identified herself as a professor at that university, attached to those ugly comments, she was speaking as a representative of the university. First amendment rights notwithstanding, is this who they want speaking for them? Because she is.

@Fresno_State it doesn’t matter whether she was on the clock or not, she’s a representative of your University. Dodging holding an employee accountable for their actions is not a good look either. If you truly support these words that you wrote there would be accountability.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The moment she identified her employer as Fresno State, she became a representative.

If it were Michelle Obama who had passed, we wouldn't see Conservatives and Republicans making racist comments and criticizing her. It's bad form and we actually have standards.

No they just did it while she was alive...
