It’s not a law it’s not even an executive order they just announced mandates it is very unlikely they will actually do it as it will be challenged immediately.

They can ban whatever they want…is settled law. Something about a Supremacy Clause that makes Federal Laws supreme over state laws or some shit like that. At least is what was taught in 8th grade civics.
