My gut instinct tells me it’s all tied together. Extensive lock down due to COVID to get everyone agitated, out-of-work, desperate and ready to blow. Then send it some professional agitators to fuel a couple riots. All out of fear that they’re loosing power.

It may be that these cops were within the guidelines of arrest policy in which case it's the department itself that needs to be charged. Personally, I can't imagine anything that could justify what's on that video.

Yep, they are actually allowed to apply the necessary pressure on the neck to render the suspect unconscious. I read their policy. It’s absolutely horrendous that it’s in there, but it’s in there.

There is always more but I can tell you he was not trained to do what he did ..in fact he was trained to be very wary of the dangers positional asphyxiation in particular ... if he wasn’t then MN has a systemic training and ed issue that needs addressed immediately ... Jus sayin

It's also possible the guy had a heart attack, stroke, or overdose. We won't know until the autopsy.
