I have yet to find a State UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) that allows product advertisers to enforce different terms and conditions based on political preference, yet tech companies have a free pass from our Federal Gov’t. If the FCC or FTC can’t fix it, then Congress should.

Not just them; anybody who can think two steps ahead sees how foolish that is. It would take about 10 seconds for the regulators to do EXACTLY what tech is doing now, and worse, all with the power of the administrative state behind them. Just repeal their immunity.
